Time Trigger

Post by przybylski »

Can anybody help?
I'm doing a very simple scene. Turn on a few fixtures using fade at a certain trigger time.
Software ignores trigger time and just run's. I've tried in demo mode and having controller hooked up.
I'm using the latest download for ESA2 and running windows 10.
I've set the time using hardware manager.
Is there anything else I could be missing.
It just doesn't seem to work.

Thanks,
Stan

Hi Stan,

Which hardware interface are you using? For example, a SLESA-U8?

Are you outputting DMX in live mode (i.e. interface connected to software) and trying to get ESA2 to trigger a scene? The time triggers are only used when the interface is running in stand alone mode (i.e. powered by USB, not connected to PC).

If you need help quickly, I would always recommend starting a support ticket ...

Thank You for the reply. I'm using it in live mode not usb. I'll try it in stand alone mode.

Thanks for your help,
Stan
