Hi Metin,

Thank you for your message.

1) Have you tried downloading the latest version of your software and reinstalling it?
https://www.nicolaudie.com/download.htm

2) Have you tried updating your firmware using HardwareManager?

If this does not work or you need further help, can you please submit a support request here:

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Hi Metin,

Thank you for your screenshots. I can see it's not correctly detected.

Let's focus on trying to find your serial number so 1) we can know what device you have and 2) you can start a support ticket. The serial number is always located on a sticker on the PCB. On many models it is easy to see this through the plastic clear section on the bottom. However, some models have it on the other side of the PCB, underneath the product sticker. To find the serial on these models, you will need to remove the PCB from the plastic case. The SIUDI8 does not have an SD card, but on models that do, you must remove the SD card prior to removing to the PCB. Failure to do this can result in damage.

See the attached 3 image files which will show you how to find the serial number when the sticker is hidden from view.

Once you have the serial number, please open a ticket using this link ...

Kind Regards,

Nick.
