can't upload SIUDI8C firmware 1.08

Post by vlad »

Hi

I just have re-installed windows xp on my laptop and just installed last version of Sunlite Suite2 (I downloaded it from official site on 12 of march 2012).

I did it same way I did it before and there where no problems

But when I tried to launch the Sunlite Suite I saw the alert messange that I whould update firmware of my interface in tools.exe.

I shuted main aplication, opened tools.exe, clicked on firmware tab, then on update button. But I couldn't update the firmware. After that I tried to restart my pc, connect and disconnect DMX cable to the interface, I disabled my antivirus sowtware (eset smart security), I tried to change settings of output hardware in main application's settings menu (I changed from autodetection to manual, but there was the serial number already)

Please help me to find the clue. Or maybe it's better to install previous version of Sunlite Suite2 which is compatible with current version of my DMX interface firmware - 1.07?
