Upgraded OS to Windows 10, DMX interface won't connect

Hey Guys,

I upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The FC dongle appears in the list of found interfaces when I run Sunlite Suite 2, but normally the interface would go from internal programs to saying "PC" and it won't do that now. No DMX is flowing through the universes.

Reinstalled the suidi drivers, no luck. Any ideas?

Windows 10, 64-bit system.

Maybe it is not a problem of the upgrade. Maybe this can work.
At windows device manager, disable usb. Restart. If they are still disabled, then enable usb again. Restart. Finally connect Sunlite interface.

Hello Randalstout,

which FC Interface do you have ?
SIUDI 7A USB Interface or SIUDI 7B USB/Ethernet Interface ?
Which version of Suite 2 software is running on your system ?
