Error write the interface memory stand alone editor

I have a pb when i want to write scene into dmx usb interface, when i press button "write the interface memory" then i have a message to select my interface OK, then the message "this can take few inutes" then the message " do you want to write a backup of the show file to the SD card" YES and then the message "generating scene...." and the software get frozen, nothing else happend even after waiting 1 hours. anyone has any idea? best regards Olivier
