Console: How to activate a fixture for changing color?

Hello

Trying to achieve this:

I want to have a console (for Easy Remote) with one color picker (color wheel). For each fixture I want to have a button to select the fixture.
So it could be possible to:

1) select the fixture(s)
2) change color in the wheel
-->> only color of selected fixtures change

Other scenario but I think this is the same problem:

I want to change the dimmer of my PARS individually. So I have a rotary for each PAR.
No I have a button for shutting on and of all PARS at once.

1) select dimmer for each PAR.
2) tap on "PARS on" button
-->> All Pars should go on but with the selected intensity.

How can I do that?
