I am running Sunlite Suite 2 and it is seeing the usb interface but no DMX is outputting. All the lights on the interface are flashing but it wont switch from A01 to say "PC". It works on another computer but not mine. The interface is a SIUDI7A and the current firmware is 1.17. The other computer it works on I believe is running an earlier version of the software. I dont think the software has been updated since around 2011 but I could be wrong.
Are the USB drivers different with the new software?
I downloaded the current software version from the website.
Any advice would be great.

I had this problem by the past with my interface. It was solved by updating the firmware.
Unfortunately, I don't have my interface near me right now so I can't check the firmware version my interface is using.
