INTERFACE SUITE 2 BC - NO SIGNAL NO GREEN LED

Hello
i need help, my sunlite worked last night and this morning no work, no answers.
i checked and change everything XLR DMX cable, USB Cable, save a copy on 2 others computers windows7, and the Sunlite suite 2 settings, nothing no work !

apparently its not my light setup but my interface NICOLAUDIE SUNLITE SUITE 2 Basic Class
so in the interface 4 LED
Red LED left side = OK
Yellow LED center right side = interface turn on - OK for me
Red LED down right side= Signal DMX on - ok for me
Green LED up right side = USB connection with sunlite suite 2 - this led is OFF in my interface but the software know the interface in the hardware settings of sunlite.

please can you help me. thank you very much for your answers.

Thank you for your message.

In this situation, I would always check that the device is correctly recognised by HardwareManager.exe first. You should be able to see your device serial number here.
