Bargraph from instruction video

Hi
sunlite feb 2015 ( I will be trying at the latest beta )

Im looking at :

and I want to use the features that this video uses :
1) groups rect
2) the usage of delay on that group
But I dont have the "groups rect" on my sunlite setup.
Im uploading two pictures where you can see the difference
, can you explain what Im doing wrong ?
