[BUG] [Reproducible] - Selection of Fixture Group in Midi

Hello,

On the 2 latest beta (29/01/2016 & 24/03/2016), when you try to assign "Select fixture group" in midi, you can't select the first 2 items after "index".

Pre-requisite:

• Have a minimum of 3 groups of fixture created
• Have a virtual midi console

Scenario:

• Open window assignation of midi button (right clic)
• Go to General tab, and insert a new "Fixtures Window" > "Select a fixture group"
• Try to select the first fixture group after the "index"

Expected behavior
The right fixture group is selected

Actual behavior
It is not the fixture group name clicked which is selected, but the N+2.
Impossible with this way of working to select the first 2 fixture group

Workaround found
Assign directly to console the fixture selection group by doing a right clic "Assign to console", from fixtures page
