Mac OSX and the requirements section?

I am currently running SS2 on a Macbook Pro with boot camp Win10 ....... I noticed last week that the system requirements say MAC OS X.

How do I do this? I would prefer to stay in the MAC environment.

I’m very sorry there are currently no plans to port Sunlite Suite 2 to the Mac. Where did you read this?

It's listed in the system requirements for Sunlite Suite 2

Are you looking at the hardware datasheets? For example, here ...

i.e. I can see on the above :
OS Requirements Mac OS X 10.7-10.10.
Windows XP/VISTA/7/8

This is because the SUITE2-FC/FC+ devices are compatible with Mac via the more basic software ESA 2. The more advanced Sunlite Suite 2 software is only compatible with Windows. I can see how this could be confusing.

Thank you. Next time we update the Datasheets, I will mention this to make this clearer.

With most of the testing I do, I'm running Sunlite Suite 2 within VMFusion 8 on a Mac too. It works surprisingly well! :)
