There's a new version of Sunlite Suite 2 on the website including various new console features. For those who have just upgraded from a previous beta, the changes include minor bug fixes.

Here's an overview of what's changed since the previous official version...

There was no midi feedback on page change

Multi-dimmer problem. If you had a dimmer channel affecting 1 beam and a master dimmer channel affecting all beams, the master dimmer channel didn't affect the brightness of the fixtures in the fixture preview.

if you had the first item of a compression selected and you sent the ‘previous button of selected page’ command, the software would select the first button of the previous compression instead of the last

Easy Show->when you expanded a block by stretching the front, the end point of the dimming curve was moved. This caused a crash on playback.

console builder was not loading CCD info from consoles embedded in the showfile

disable arrow key control of the XY grid if the easy step window is in focus

Console right text label right align didn't work properly

if you change the patch and then create a new show, the patch change was still included in the new show

when you double click a tab, the tab is undocked, the window shrinks to around 4x4 pixels and the window moves to the top left of the screen.

console builder->save opens SaveAs window

it should not be possible to assign the same DMX input universe to more than 1 connector/device. For example, at the moment you can assign DMX Input 1 to all 3 connectors on the Suite2-FC. If a user makes this, none will work.

if there was an Easy Show 'open' and 'jump to break point' trigger in the same switch, the jump to break point didn't work

console builder-> if you tried to load a console from the recent files list which didn't exist, the software crashed

now possible to write up to 10 areas to the STICK-DE3
