magic 3d with jands vista2

Hi there, I own a sunlite suite2-FC and i'm trying to work with magic 3d easy view controlled by jands vista2 software as a controller but the two software don't comunicate by artnet. I don't know if i'm doing something wrong in the artnet connections or it's impossible to work magic 3d with jands vista2. thanks everybody for an answer!

Hi There, normally this should work fine

-Be sure you have no other DMX software open, just EasyView
-Check that the artnet universes are set up correctly in the Universes window of EasyView
-Check that the IP address settings are correct on your computers ethernet card
