Best Practice for New User?

Hello -

My band is using a laptop to playback backing tracks thru Ableton, which will trigger Suite 2 so lights are in sync with music....what is the best way to go about this in suite 2? I'm a complete beginner with lighting software...

Hi, the best would be to make a cycle for each track and then synchronise this with Ableton with MIDI Time Code. Check out the getting started tutorials or manuals to learn how to create a scene/switch and cycle and then see the tutorial/topic on MTC in the 'External control and triggering' menu
