No Interface detected

I have a brand new suite 2FC interface that is not detected by Sunlite Suite 2 software ,version beta feb 12 2013.
I have ran the tools.exe software and the interface states PC. Also in this tools software I have updated the firmware ,version 1.19, product code 40008.
Can anyone suggest what is next step to test.

Try to write the firmware included with this version and if it still doesn't work, I'll test one here and send it over

I've the same problem.
Trying to use SL2 no interface will be detected, but with SL2_beta from 21th march it works.
I tryied also the ESA products and the interface has always been detected.

Same problem here, the 21 march soft doesn't detect my hardware. I updated the firmware to 1.20 included in this release.

If I use the 2012 dec release and use FW 1.19, then the hardware is detected, so I think there must be a defects in the beta release of mar 2013.

yes, im still having issues, no interface detection with firmware update and reset to 1.00 and flashing again. no detection
second interface is detected but no function at all.

last working version dez 12 for both devices

hi, I sent an email on friday already with the serial number and firmware (1.08 bc) via the contact form on nicolaudie website

last time i was told to use aluminiumfoil to bridge i/o ports. this time it didn't help. it seems the firmware 25.4 is incopatible with s2

This is working fine for me. We did find a problem with some interfaces and made a second setup on the same day. Try to download and install it again.
