Big problem using sunlite suite2 with showtec rack

Hello,

I tested my new sunlite suite 2 (first class) with 3 power rack : show tec D.Pack 6 MKII

Before i used the sunlite suite (EC). I never have problems.

Now when i edit a button (scene, or switch) when i record my modification, the 3 racks are in default (all output of the racks are set to 0 ), and need to be reset.

This is only when i quit the edit page of a button.????

I put a DMX splitter bettween the interface and rack, the problem is the same.

I tested with the old sunlite, it's ok

I tested the interface (sunlite suite 2) with a little dimmer4 (Mac Mah) i don't have this poblem.

Can you help me ?

Hi David

Try the Suite 2 interface with the Suite 1 software. Do you still have the same problem? If yes, change the DMX timings by opening Tools.exe found in the sunlite suite 2 software directory. Try the enhanced compatibility preset.

i tested this solution (Try the enhanced compatibility preset)
the problem is the same.

you can show my oder post, because the problem si not only on the rack, oder projector flash a short time.

this is only when i modifie a scene or switch.
