DMX-IN function not working when SIUDI7B connected over Eth

DMX-In does not work when SIUDI7B is connected over Ethernet.

Tested using a DMX signal plugged into DMX port 1(3 pin) and plugged SIUDI7B into computer via USB and opened Hardware Manager application from most recent Sunlite Suite 2 application downloaded and installed today. Selected the device and opened DMX-Input section and the DMX-In tab and device correctly displayed the DMX signal being fed into the DMX port on the device. Closed Hardware Manager App. Unplugged the device from my computer and plugged the USB cable into a wall USB Charger and plugged an ethernet cable into the device and into my router. Opened Hardware Manager app again and selected device which showed it was connected over the network. Selected DMX-Input section and the DMX-IN tab just as I did last time and NO input signal was displayed.

Firmware version of SIUDI7B is 1.22 (January 23, 2015)

Running Hardware Manager (ver 1.0.0-21044 SVN:29157M) on a Sony VIAO PC running Windows 8.1 Pro

I have tried my self and have same problem with DMX in signals not being displayed in the HardwareManager over Ethernet. I have logged the problem with our developers and they work on finding a solution and should be fixed by the end of the summer. Thanks for letting us know.

Any update. Summer is officially over :-) Haven't heard any updates on this issue for 3 months now, so just checking on the status of the fix.

It's fixed and working now, please download the latest version of the Hardware Manager. Cheers
