UE7 Stability Issues

Post by Bjnbjn »

Hi,

I wonder if someone can urgently help me.

I have set up a show in ESA Pro and uploaded it to the UE7, in order to use it in standalone mode with easy remote triggering / control.

Whilst triggering and changing scenes (across two zones) using the Easy Remote, the UE7 can become unresponsive to any subsequent scene changes. The only way to regain control is by doing a hard power reset on the UE7. Currently the unit is so unstable it is currently unusable for my client, is there anything that can be done to rectify this?

Additionally, after manually altering colour and speed of scenes, it also becomes impossible to regain control or reset the scene, despite sending a scene reset or triggering a different scene.

Any help you can offer, I would be most grateful, as currently the system is unusable.

Many thanks,
Ben.

Hi Ben

Please e-mail me your firmware version and date along with the device you're using Easy Remote with and I'll make some tests.
