Firmware 1.20 from Nov 8 2013 ESA Pro beta, still no luck. I can ping it and get a response.
ESA2 beta, ESA Pro beta, and the 'Tools.exe' in the folders do not see it over the network. Could it be a firewall issue, although the programs do not ask for permissions when they start up?

Need a fix by 6 December if possible...

They do the first time you open them. Try to disable the firewall for 5 minutes to check. Unfortunately without seeing any problem myself I can't offer any fix
