Help - Urgent!

Hi,
I have a SLESA-U7 and use the official remote.
Since updating the firmware, there is now no response from the remote.

Hi Andy

This problem has been fixed in the latest beta firmware 1.17. You can download this here:
http://www.dmxsoft.com/global/ftp/tools.zip

It will be officially released as 1.18 with the software later in the week.

Helloo!!!

Again, after downloading the beta version of Tools (as above), my remote control is still completely non functional.

Once you have updated the firmware you need to go to the parameters tab and make sure IR is enabled, if so you then need to go over to the InfraRed tab and click to write the IR config over to the SIUDI7.

It seems to be working fine for me, make sure you are using atleast firmware 1.17 10th Jan (link above), let me know if you are still have trouble.

Panic Over.
Thanks to Bruno Falip (Nicolaudie) who sent me a link to a further updated version of Tools.
My remote is now, once again, functional.

Hi Simon,

To be honest, when i went to the link that Bruno gave me, I did think it was exactly the same as the one you provided. However, I went through the download/install process again and it then worked. I didn't do anything differently to previous attempts so I can't explain why it suddenly worked. By the way, I am a self employed IT engineer so I don't consider myself a novice in this area.
Anyways, the end result is what matters so thank you all again for your support of this excellent product.
