please Help... Interface crashed after update

Yesterday I installed the latest version of Sunlite Suite 2 on a laptop. I had connected the Suidi 7B First Class Interface and started the software (Sunlite Suite 2).
Sunlite Suite 2 requested an update of the interface.
The update was started with the Hardware Manager and ended with an error message.
The interface is still recognized as Suidi7B.
Error message in Hardware Manager: XHL NAP
The interface is no longer recognized by the Sunlite Suite 2 software.
Is it possible to reset the interface?

Hi,

for us the same Problem. Updated FW on Sunday. But with ESA Pro. Now it is not working anymore.
Any possibility to reset the Firmware?
