ESA PRO with Stick DE3 issues

Just curious if anyone is active here, and getting help? (is Simon around?)

I programmed an install, and everything worked fine, while I was at the site, now they tell me it is not coming on for the nightly programming. They can go to the color change wheel on the Stick DE3, and change colors manually.

Nightly programming does not work, nor do the Scenes, when manually selected. What have I missed?

I used the hardware manager to sync clock, and set time zone, as well as Lat/Long info.

I Right clicked to assign all scenes all pages.

Please advise. I appreciate any help or insight you can provide.
