ESA PRO and STICK3 ethernet

We have one STICK3 S/N 650818 connected to our LAN network with ethernet configured. When we start ESAPRO in a local computer in the same LAN it shows the option to operate in ethernet mode. S/N and IP address displayes are correct. When selected an error message is displayed: the connexion is failed for the device S/N 650818, please verify the configuration.
With a Wireshark sniffer I see traffic between STICK3 and ESAPRO so network seems OK.
Of course, everything updated to the last version.
Any help?

So you connected it up to the USB port and updated your hardware firmware using the hardware.exe software?

Have you tried to connect using the hardware.exe network connection to see if it works?
