Writing Scences to Stick 1

I searched for programming tutorials before submitting my question. I can't find tutorials except for the introduction of the product.

I have created a scene and dragged it to the Stick. I have written to the interface's memory. I disconnect the USB cable and nothing happens when I turn on the Stick. However, in Live mode, I can play my scene. Where am I going wrong?
