Dear all,

I am encountering multiple problems both hard- and software or a combination of both...

System description:
Controller - SLESA-U7
Firmware - 1.19
Software - ESA Pro Beta
Operating system - WIndows 8

I've tried 3 different SLESA-U7 controllers, all of them seem to encounter similar problems: second universe only works sporadically, loops stop unexpectedly, ESA Pro Beta crashes, etc.

After re-installing ESA Pro Beta, trying to install an older version of ESA Pro on my Win8 machine (didn't load), re-installing the firmware on SLESA-U7 and none of those remedying the situation, I am afraid that my hardware/software combination simply might not work. After testing 3 different SLESA-U7 controllers, all of them encountering the same issues, I am giving up...

Input appreciated. Things are getting slightly desperate here :(

PS: Did anyone successfully run an older version of ESA Pro on Win8?

Which version of ESA Pro are you using?

Please can you provide more information on these problems to help us find the issue:
-second universe only works sporadically
-loops stop unexpectedly
-ESA Pro Beta crashes
