STICK - Ethernet connection problem

Hello,

We are having a problem to connect with the STICK via ethernet. When we try to connect with the ESAPRO, we receive the following error:

A problem occured while comunicating with your interface. (SN:5541)
and then:
Two programs try to access the same resource. Please close one program. (10048)

But we are not trying to access with more than one program. The strange thing is that if we can access with the stickremote with no problem.

Can you help us?

Hello Roberto

The software sometimes take a minute or 2 to reset after closure, which is why you will receive the message "Two programs try to access the same resource. Please close one program. (10048)".

-Try changing the IP address of your interface with tools.exe
-Make sure all other DMX software is closed when you have tools open and when you are starting ESAPro
-Try a different mini SD card
-Try updating the firmware with tools.exe
-Try on a different network
-Try with a different ethernet cable

If none of the above solve the problem, e-mail me and I will arrange an RMA
