Strange behaviour STICK

Hi
I have a simple setup on MY Stick, a 4ch dimmer pack.
I've edited about 12 scenes and patched these to the different buttons on the STICK.
When I test it in Live or Stand Alone mode (STICK connected to the pc) everything works perfect.
When I write the show to the interface memory and disconnect the pc, some scenes are sending out another DMX value.
Show has been made with sep 22 2010 edition and the STICK has the latest firmware upload (1.16).
Any idea?
