Is it possible to change individual channels using ESA Pro?

As a fixture I used the Robe clubspot 160 XT, but I can't seem to change the color/gobo etc.
Am I missing something?

Yes. Select the fixtures, right click one of the presets to the left of the timeline, you will then see a list of all the available presets for the Robe fixture.
