EasyShow with Sushi

I am getting a "No communications" error when trying to load Easy Show. Help! I need this tool.
Hi Joe,
Which version of Sunlite Suite are you using? (i.e. Suite 2, 31 Sept 2017)
Do you have a Full Mode license or an Express license? You can check this using HardwareManager.
Easy Show is only available with Full Mode.
