Easy Show Keyboard Shortcuts

I'm new to this particular software, so please forgive me if this sounds amateur. I've been putting an hour long show together in Easy Show Suite2, and I can't seem to find documentation on what (if any) keyboard shortcuts there are for this program. I'd like to be able to snap to the playhead, trim in and out points based on playhead location, and simple copy/paste with key strokes. Does this functionality exist in this program?

The only shortcuts in EasyShow are:
-Space bar to play/stop
-F1 to make the video full screen
-Esc/F1 to exit full screen video
-F5 to insert a marker
-Left arrow to jump to the previous marker
-Right arrow to jump to the next marker

Thanks for the reply Simon. I would like to make a feature request for the above items. It would DRAMATICALLY improve the usability and speed of putting shows together. Currently, this is a very tedious process because it all has to be manually placed and trimmed.
