Nicolaudie Architectural Forum

I am in need of some guidance. When ever I start the ESA PRO or ESA Stand Alone programs it never shows me that the KE1 unit is connected to the computer via USB which it is. Am I doing something wrong of is there a step that I am missing?

I would also like some tips and pointers to programming the unit. I am very new to the software. I have a building with 28 Martin Exterior 410 fixtures. Any tips would help. Thanks

Firstly please can I check that you have the latest versions of ESA Pro & Easy Stand Alone installed? If you open the programs and click the '?' in the top right it will a display date, this is the version. Please compare this date with the versions on the website (Link below) to make sure you are using most up-to-date version.
