STICK-KE1 is not found in ESA PRO

My stick is not found in ESA PRO. I can only start in demo mode.
In ESA2 beta it is found, but I can't read or write on card.
In tools.exe everything is fine. I can do everything.
Can anyone help me?
STICK-KE1
Firmware 1.19
OS: win7 x64

download the latest ESA Pro and update the firmware with the included tools.exe
if it is still not working, try to format or replace the SD memory card

I use the latest software (26.4.13), the firmware already has been 1.19, but I updated it too.
I formatted the sd card with a notebook, now the Stick always blinks and doesn't accept it. Impossible to write. ;(
Bought a second card. Same here.
