STICK needs power reset after config tool

Stick controller is running on external power supply. Firmware 1.19. Did this with 1.18 also. When connected to USB and using the hardware configuration tool to udate a setting, after sending the configuration to the device and it automatically reboots, the STICK controller comes up on its default scene as expected but is unresponsive to touch input and ethernet until removing power to reset it.
