slmev device problem

Just received my devide today and installed the software off the disk, drivers installed and all was working correctly. The software saw the device and launced in 'full mode'.

Now for no reason windows seems to to install other drivers which cannot be found and fail.
Also the device will not fuction and the software will only launch in 'limited mode'

I have not connected any lighting to the device. I cannot understand what could have happened ?

Any help appreciated before it gets a return trip to where it came from.

Sorry I have no idea on this one. Try a software update, driver reinstall and a different USB socket.

Hi Simon,

It seems this was just down to my PC going through an update that I was unaware of. After a reboot and completion of the update all was well again.
