Stick Parameters reset to default

Hi, I have 3 sticks connected together through a switch. All programming is done and everything works fine but we face the following issue.
We need special settings for the parameters on the stick and we do so through tools.exe . These new settings change back to default after some days. We do not know if there is any power off but still they should keep the settings. Only parameters change Ethernet tap settings like IP stay the same. Please help.
