Calender issue

Hi,

My customer has problems with calender operated scenes in the ESA Pro software. The STICK is giving the right date and time in the tool software AND in live mode in the ESA Pro, but does NOT trigger the scenes at the right (or any, for that matter) moment.
The stick is running on 1.17 firmware, and is running fine otherwise.
Changing to another stick did not solve the problem. So we suspected a programming issue, but we can NOT find any fault in programming as it is done according to the help files: dropped the scen in the specific day and time, given start time, repeat time and end time. Saved and streamed to stick.

The stick works fine from the easy stand alone program, but not out of the ESA Pro software...

You mean when you set a time trigger in ESA it is fine but in ESAPRO it is not?

-Make sure you're not using more than 40 time triggers.
-If you STICK serial number is under 3000 then it doesn't have a battery therefore the clock will only be saved for around 10 minutes without power. Hold select+1 to check the time, select + 3 to set the time.
