my STICK doesn't turn on

when i plug my STICK to the 9v adapter it doesn't turn on
instead when I conect it to the usb port it works normally

when i look in to the rma sheet i talks about problems in the fuse
how can i fix it?

Otherwise i'm not very shure about the problem is in the fuse...

It sounds as though there is a problem with the power.

A few things to try:
1. make sure you have the switch pointing to ext
2. make sure the + and - are the correct way round
3. Try a different adapter
