Download the latest version of ESA PRO and update the firmware. Try with a different memory stick. We can begin to troubleshoot from there.

Hello,

I have a Stick 1.11 with the Part number 465.

The STICK´s Scene LED´s and the On/Off LED´s start to flash when I plug the stick to the power source or connect it via USB to a PC.
The Interface is not recognized by the update Tool or ESA Pro Software.
I´ve been trying to connect it to various operating systems: Vista, XP and Windows 7 but the problem persists.

Can you help me out with this issue? I urgently need the STICK get back working in a few days... :(

Regards,

Oliver

Hi Oliver

Take out the mini SD, put it into an SD card reader and format it. Insert it back into the STICK and re-connect.

If this doesn't work, try with a new mini SD card.

Let me know if you are still having problems with the detection

Hi,

first off all thank you very much for the fast reply.

I´ve formatted the 128mb mini SD which was shipped with the STICK and again the scene LED´s and the On/Off LED are blinking.
The Scene LED is on "A" and the dimmer led is also on.

When I use a formatted Sandisk mini SD 1GB:
Only the scene LED´s and the On/Off LED blink. The Scene LED and the dimmer LED remain off.

By the way: The data LED is always orange with both SD Cards...

Regards,

Oliver

Gentlemen,

I just want to close my issue with a big THANK YOU !
The STICK and the aditional com+ option arrived yesterday and is up and running !
I will test the Suite 2 beta and am looking forward to implement it in a club in Munich.

I will always recommend nicolaudie products to future clients.

Best regards,
