No Art-Net in Magic 3D Easy View

Hi, I have a problem with Magic 3D Easy View and Art-Net.
Just when the program start does not find signal, nothing, and I can not configure the universes with Art-Net.
by Luminet Monitor I see there's a signal. I can't select Art-Net, only SandNet.
the problem continues with both Titan Simulator, both with the connected console or by other lighting software or nothing connected.
