I need help, my Suite2 FC interface is not recognized by 3D magic, the Sunlite Suite 2 finciona correctly, but when I just use the 3D program does not recognize my interface. 1.17 firmware, serial number 101838, 40001 cod product

Hi jlcabelof,
can you post some more infos about your setup, please.
Like:
- Version of Suite 2 and Easy View 3D software
- Windows version
- 32 / 64 Bit
- PC specs

I am using version 1.0.0.1 of both sunlit and 3D view,
My firmiware is 1.17.
101838 series
product code 40001
my pc is a hp-CPU 2.50ghz, 4 g ram, 512 video
oddly enough, works with 2 suite, but only when I want to use the 3D view using a wiew to AVOLITES it does not recognize the interface.
