3D easyview does not recognize Suite 2 FC as a imput dongle.
Is this a feature or bug?

This should work. We have tested and it is fine with firmware 1.17. Let me know

I tryed to work with 3D Easy wiew in"Stand alone mode" (Nov,25 version)and it does not recognize my Suite 2 FC.I get a message"there is no USB-DMXinterface connected".
I´ve tested it on Win 7 x32 and Win 7 x64.The firmware of my dongle is also 1.17.
If I start 3D from Suite 2 it works in "Full mode"

Hi
It turns out that only interfaces shipped from November have this compatibility. If you would like the compatibility on your interface, you will need to send it back to us so we can re-flash the memory and send it back next day postage. Let me know if you want to go ahead with this and I will set up the RMA.
