program wont open error tszd.dll??

hey ive had easy view working fine but i went to open it to day and it says
easyview.exe - unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because tszd.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
ive try a reinstall but no luck :(
any ideas? cheers
