Hey,
i've got big problem with the easy view modul.
i'm planing shows often with easy view but when i'am switching between shows in sunlight and stages in easy view the positions of all fixture will be reseted (LOST!).
What can i do to save this postions? its very timecost when you have to re assign 100 fixture postions you know ^^.

Positions are saved in the visualizer. You just need to create a copy of the .evs file in order to always be able to get your positions back.

Now i upgraded to the latest sublight suite version an now any visualizer show has no saved fixture postions :(

Positions are correctly saved in my software version, can you describe exactly your problem (step by step)?

same for me.

1) creating new show.
2) reopen ols show
3) stage in the visualizer is now changed (and is the stage of the "new show")

Positions are saved in the visualizer, not in the Sunlite show. You must save the .evs file separetely before creating a new Sunlite show.

The problem already exists.
My Problem is this:
Iam programing a show in my office and set the positions to the visualizer.
THen i save the show and the visualizer stage.

iam exporting the SSH- und EVS-file to another pc.
the show will work but every position in the visualizer will be lost.

step-by-step:
1. creating a show and visualizer file on pc1
2. exporting ssh- and evs-file on pc2
3. starting sunlight and open the ssh file
4. starting the visualizer over the button in sunlight and load the show


where is my fault?

To never loose your fixtures positions, you just have to start the Patch manager (Button Add Fixture(s) in the toolbar). Then go to the "Get fixtures from Sunlite" tab and uncheck the button called "Get the patch automatically from the controller".
