Simple problem?

Hi there,

I´m a beginner with Easy View so maybe it´s a very simple question...

I´ve got a setup with 2 Miniscan HPE using MagicQ PC with an Enttec Pro Dongle. My problem is that Easy View neither doesn´t show a color nor a gobo. Beams move and I´m able to dim but I can´t see any further details.

Does anyone have an idea of what´s going on wrong?

I use a blue Sunlite intelligent USB interface with 1 DMX 5-pin in port.

Thinkpad X61 - Enttec Pro Dongle with Magicq-PC - Blue Sunlite intelligent DMX/USB Interface - Magic 3D Easyview.

Another problem on top: I see a grey wall or anything like that in my 2D-views in front of my stage so that I´m not able to see the whole stage. In 3D I can see a grey area "on the floor".

But the feature problem should be solved first for my mini-event tomorrow...

It seems it's a library pb.
Can you send me your stage file (yourstage.evs) and your miniscan library
at [email protected]. I will check it an reply as soon as possible.
