reports management

Post by giancarlo »

when are you gonna make this tool fully working?
1) mesures are not coresponding to a point to point linear mesurement, they are not corect.
2) there is no chance to zoom in ! in this section, the stage is so small that we are not able to see everything !,so we can give a corect mesure to it!
thers no way to import a dwg or to export a dwg,or a pdf file.
3) you didnt make a render option in this tool so whe can get a realy nice picture on the final stage, there are no new type of 3d light models we always have to create them with othere programs!
4) its about 2 years that there is no improvements in this product ?
5) do you think its corect for them who have buyd this product?
6) its a great real time visualizzation product even better than other types of 3d virtual stuff, but its boring every time we send a message with some questions, someone answers like ITS WORKING GREAT!?
7) there is no new tool to import new 3d lights made by ouselfs an make them work with magic easy view?
i think the best way to improve a product is trying to hear the suggestions that people give to you!, surely something could be wrong ,but something could be right!
thanks a lot anyway! for easy view product.

The 3D visualiser is a simple tool which allows you to quickly and easily view your fixtures and create very simple 3D plans.

We have no current plans for development. There are many expensive visualisers available on the market which contain the added features you require. These visualisers can be used with our lighting control software via DMX.

I will make a note of your suggestions and forward them to the developers when we get around to updating the visualiser in a few years time.

thanx a lot fo giving a response!
but the tools you have puted inside your program are not working corectly if you could make these tools work in the right way it would be a great thing!
only the zoom window in reports management and the mesures.
and i think some new fixtures inside is not a bad idea .

To zoom in and zoom out is possible, select the MOVE option and use the mouse wheel.

pretty sure not. the only way to do this would be to make a matrix of PAR 36's and patch them to the same channel
