How do you build a Parbar set?

Post by teggers »

I want to have them open in the visualizer as well as a 6 x Par 64 set - as 6 separate channels. I want to be able to drag the entire bar around and rotate it as a whole. Then, I need to duplicate it as stage left and right. It has to be fast to set up as well. I am able to bring in a bunch of 64's, but I have to place them all individually and that takes time.

I also need to have a 4 x Par 64 bar as well (like an ACL Bar), but as one channel, not 4 separate channels.

It will be nice to use a Rock Desk on the DMX IN and be able to control the Par show through both interfaces.

I know the new software can do it, I just forget the steps to construct it and it is not in the manual (that I can see).

Thanks, Tim Eggers

You must insert 4 different fixtures, create a new layer with your new fixtures(eg ACL) and then group this new layer. You will then be able to rotate and move this new ACL object.
