Object Placement Problem

Hi, sometimes when I put an object in a stage and set it precisely (typing in exact numbers and not using the up-down buttons) then save it, and reopen it the object has moved and is out of line with another object.

I use the feet feature (not metric) for precise placement of objects such as, textures for keyboards, textures for tvs, light placement, wall placement, and other things.
