SLOW and errors

I'm trying out 3D EasyView and encountering problems. The software seems VERY slow and tends to freeze up easily and often. I'm also encountering error messages a lot. The latest one comes up when I try ot run the software and says "an invalid argument was encountered"

Any thoughts or suggestions. thanks, d.
