Problem with easy show

I need to use wav file. But when i import the file to the bin duratino of track is 1s. But when i try it on the other computer everything works good. I use same version of software and same tracks. Pls help me. I can connect that pc to teamwiever if some one want to see it. My skype name is gabriel.gazdocka
