Blackout...

Post by N.Webber »

Hi,

I need a momentary blackout that is to be manually implemented at different points during a show cycle.
I created a blackout switch in the Master page that overrides all relevant channels and it is working ok.

But, I want the recovery from the blackout to be gradual, that is once releasing the blackout key,
the levels of whatever channels were dropped, would slowly come back to their previous levels.

Any advice as to how to set up this 'timed recovery' effect would be appreciated.

As you probably already know, fading out of switches is not possible. (this feature may be added to Sunlite Suite 2). The best solution for now would probably be to go to your switch settings and select the "SUB" priority. Then choose to view the dimmer fader and set it to FULL. As you move the dimmer fader down everything will fade back to it's current setting.
